We don’t just sell material.  We provide expert technical advice – based on extensive metallurgical expertise and experience – to ensure that the best material is selected for each application. That includes not only choosing the proper material but also sourcing each item from the mill that best matches the job’s requirements.

If you have purchased material from another source and have experienced material failure during fabrication or operations we will work with you to perform a thorough failure investigation and analysis to determine the cause of the failure. We will then facilitate selection and acquisition of appropriate substitute materials.

Comprehensive Logistics Services

We provide all necessary logistics services for every job.
Whether it’s a small job or a large piping project with tens of
thousands of metric tons in materials, we handle it all from
the mill to the final destination.

Packaging

Each order is packaged according to the customer’s standards including preparation for export.

Transportation

We select from a range of transportation modes taking into account all project requirements – shipping by sea, air, rail, truck, or a combination as needed.

Insurance

Every shipment that leaves our mills is covered by insurance that protects everyone involved.

Documentation

All shipping documentation is provided for seamless delivery from mill to customer. Our extensive experience in shipping worldwide means you can expect shipments to be delivered without costly delays.

Customs Brokerage

We handle all customs procedures, from obtaining export permits to clearing customs at the final destination and shipping to your site.
